Email is the only way to reach us, and it goes to a person. There is no contact form here because a form on a static site would need a third-party service to receive it, which means routing your message and your address through someone else.
Reporting a broken conversion
Conversions run on your device, so we cannot reproduce a failure from our side without some detail. The most useful things to include:
- The page you were on, for example
/heic-to-jpg. - Your browser and version, and whether you were on a phone or desktop.
- The exact error message shown, if any, and roughly how large the file was.
- Any errors in the browser console (open developer tools, then the Console tab).
Please do not attach the file itself. We do not want a copy of it, and in most cases the file size and format are enough to identify the problem.
Requesting a tool
Tell us the two formats and what you are trying to do. Requests that come up repeatedly get built first. Video, audio and Office document conversion are not possible to do in-browser under the constraints this site runs on, so those are the one category we have to say no to.

Questions about data handling are answered on theprivacy page, and the rules for using the site are on the terms page. If something there is unclear, email us and we will fix the wording.
